April 1st 2023 – Sifu Leo Au Yeung returns to NYC! Join us for a full day of training in Manhattan with Sifu Leo Au Yeung as he will be presenting his seminar on Internal Wing Chun.

Master Leo Au Yeung was the official fight choreographer for the award-winning films Ip Man (2008), The Legend is Born: Ip Man (2010), and Ip Man: The Final Fight (2013). Over the years he worked closely with transnational martial arts stars/choreographers such as Donnie Yen, Sammo Hung, Louis Fan Siu-wong, and Yuen Biao, as well as Hong Kong movie stars such as Anthony Wong, Gillian Chung, and Jordan Chan Siu-chun. Sifu Leo Au Yeung will be providing an in depth explanation and demonstration of his Internal Wing Chun practices. The seminar is broken up into four components:

Part 1
The concept of Yin, Yang and balance in Wing Chun.
The real meaning of relaxation. How to use Yin to neutralize the incoming force.

Part 2
How to use Yang energy to rebound.
How to apply balance energy in Tan, Bong, Fok Sau, in order to infiltrate your opponent’s defense.

Part 3
How to use lever theory to amplify your power in Wing Chun.

Part 4
Understand the shoulder line and chest line theory to take advantage in Chi Sau and apply them in a sparring situation.

The seminar will be held on April 1st in Manhattan. We will announce the location by March 15th as the location may need to increase based on registration.
